TPIEA 2021 Annual Conference

Research papers related to all areas of Engineering, Technology, Applied Sciences, Computer Science, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Chemical and Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology and Telecommunication etc are invited for the above international conference which is expected to be attended by the authors from various countries. People without papers can also participate in this conference.

Publications:
All papers for the conference will be published in the Journal volume, and one Excellent Paper will be selected from each oral session.

*Important Note:  presenters will be added to the conference program over the passage of time as soon as we are receiving the registration confirmation.  While every equitable effort will be made to adhere to the announced package, conference management team reserves the right to change conference content, speakers, dates, sites or location or omit conference features, as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

Registration fee covers participation in all sessions of the Conference, a copy of the proceedings, free publication of paper in one of our associated journals, participation certificate, lunches, coffee breaks. A single registration covers one paper. Delegates can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference.

• 3 minutes’ walk from exit A3 of Awajicho Station on the Marunouchi Subway Line.
• 8 minutes’ walk from exit 6 of Kanda Station on the Ginza Subway Line.
• 3 minutes’ walk from exit A3 of Ogawamachi Station on the Toei Shinjuku Subway Line.
• 5 minutes’ walk from exit B2 of Shin-Ochanomizu Station on the Chiyoda Subway Line
• 5 minutes’ walk from the Hijiribashi exit of JR Ochanomizu Station.
• 6 minutes’ walk from the Electric Town exit of JR Akihabara Station.

Access from major transit terminals

• 6 minutes by train from Ginza Station to Kanda Station.
• 35 minutes by train from Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Station to Akihabara Station.
• 4 minutes by train from Tokyo Station to Akihabara Station.
• 11 minutes by train from Shinjuku Station to Ogawacho Station.
• 13 minutes by train from Ikebukuro Station to Awajicho Station.
• 80 minutes by train from Narita Airport Station to Akihabara Station or 60 minutes by Rapid train.

The total cost would be around 10 to 13 USD. The total travel duration would be around 100 min to 120 min.

Taxi
Taxi in Japan can be very expensive thus, please check online or at the airport the estimated cost before you decide to book your taxi. Unfortunately, there are no E-hailing services like Grabcar and Uber available in Japan.

Best paper Award

Best Paper Awards will be presented to papers of exceptional merit in each major track which will be based on the recommendations of the Review Committee. The Best Paper Awards will be announced at the day of Conference.

Best Presentation Award

Best Presenter Awards will be presented to those who make outstanding presentations in each track which will be based on the recommendations of the Chair/Observer of the respective Technical Sessions.
Criteria to select the Best Presenters:
The following aspects will be considered while selecting the ‘Best Presenters’ from each track.

• Content
• Analysis & Interpretation
• Use of Evidence
• Structure & Argument
• Presentation Skills
• Time Management

Oral Presentation

Each presenter is allocated 15-20 minutes, including Q&A. All paper sessions will take place in the conference Venue. The room will be equipped with a LCD projector and screen. A backup presentation PC will be available, but all presenters are encouraged to bring a USB key loaded with your presentation content.

Poster Presentation

Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the paper author or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room.

Virtual Presentation

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may still join the community and submit your article for peer review and possible publication, upload an online presentation, and enjoy subscriber access to the journal.

• All submissions must conform to the Consortium of engineering and technology formatting and submission instructions and must not exceed 15 pages for the main text, inclusive of figures, tables, appendices, etc. References may be included on up to two additional pages. All submissions must be in ms word. The page limit is strict, and it will not be possible to purchase additional pages at any point in the process (including after the paper is accepted).
• As part of the submission process, authors will have the option to indicate whether their manuscript is an original submission or the resubmission of a manuscript previously submitted to and rejected from any publication venue. Improved versions of previously submitted work are enthusiastically welcomed, and the authors are encouraged to use the optional “Improvements” field of the submission form to indicate where the work was previously submitted and how it was improved.
